Praegnanz.de just published an articla about a time management service called mite.

Mite seems to have a similar user group and also has an API that is currently in a semi-public beta test.

Take a look at it!

I created the content types "project" and "issue" on this platform. With this contents we can define tasks and track issues for that tasks. The data within this elements is "in flow" so please feel free, to post ideas for improvements here.
